Abstract
Selective nerve root blocks are frequently employed in the management of degenerative conditions of the lumbar spine, but relatively few papers have been published that address the complications associated with these interventions. We experienced transient weakness of lower extremity during selective nerve root block. And the patient was immediately treated and recovered without any adverse effect. We report our clinical experience, including brief review of the relevant literature.
